Wooden Driveway Gates -Swan Neck (Pressure treated soft wood). These Driveway gates were made by a local joiner and professionally installed and were used for 2 years but due to a driveway remodel, they were removed and have been carefully stored since. The gates are in very good condition and come washed and sanded down ready for the new owner to do what they wish with. They are pressure treated softwood which can either be oiled, varnished or painted as you see fit. The gates have chamfered edges along all of the main framing sections. The gates include the original beefy posts which are in equally good condition. The post tops have a rounded finish to compliment the swan neck curved gate tops. The gates come as pictured, with all necessary brackets, hinges, handle (and latch) and shot bolt lock in situe to get you started. All ironmongery is galvanised for long life. Please note – the gates do not come with stays to keep them in position. You will have to source these yourself. B – Currently I cannot find the screws for the hanging brackets that go on the posts but I will look for them in the mean time. If I can find them they will be included. If I cannot, you will therefore need to source 16x suitably load rated screws yourself. Due to size, they are collection only. Cash on collection please. Each hinge is threaded (see pictures) so has scope to make minor adjustments to ensure gates are level and close tightly against one another. Gates are pressure treated for long life. Thickness – 170 mm (7 inches). Length – 2400 mm (95 inches). Posts are also pressure treated for long life. Length – 560 mm (22 inches).
